1. Open it and select "Play" to start a new game.

2. You will see a grid of candy canes of different colors, as well as Om Nom located at one end of the grid.

3. Your goal is to connect Om Nom with the same colored candy canes by swiping your finger from one candy cane to the other. The candy canes must be of the same color and cannot cross over other candy canes or obstacles.

4. As you progress through the levels, the grid will become larger and more complex, with more obstacles and challenges to overcome.

5. Use power-ups such as hammers or bombs to clear obstacles or candy canes that are in the way.

6. Keep an eye on the number of moves you have left to complete the level. If you run out of moves, the level will end and you will have to try again.

7. Earn stars by completing the levels within a certain number of moves or by collecting all the stars scattered throughout the level.

8. Use the stars you earn to unlock new levels and worlds, as well as to purchase additional power-ups to help you in the game.
